  • 1. The bearing clearance should be appropriate. If it is too large, it will produce impact. If it is too small, it will have poor lubrication and may cause damage.
  • 2. The surface quality and geometry of bearing and journal shall be strictly guaranteed.
  • 3. Improve the lubrication quality of the inlet bearing, control its pressure and temperature, and strengthen cleaning and filtration.

  • In order to ensure the long service life of INA Bearing and can not meet the general installation and adjustment requirements, the following measures should be taken:
  • (1) The bearings are grouped according to the size of their interference fit surface, and the turbocharged bearings are arranged in sequence according to their clearance in each group.
  • Group the corresponding shaft or seat hole diameters in the same way. The INA Bearing Group with large interference fit surface size is matched with the shaft group or seat hole group with large diameter, while the bearing group with small size is matched with the corresponding group with small diameter.
