2、JB/T5294-91 3.2. 9.2 the bearing temperature rise shall not exceed the ambient temperature by 40 ℃, and the high temperature shall not exceed 80 ℃

3、JB/T6439-92 4.3. 3 when the pump operates under the specified working conditions, the outer surface temperature of the built-in bearing shall not be 20 ℃ higher than the transmission medium temperature, and the high temperature shall not be higher than 80 ℃. The temperature rise of the outer surface of the external bearing shall not be 40 ℃ higher than the ambient temperature. High temperature is not higher than 80 ℃.

4、JB/T7255-94 5.15. 3 service temperature of bearing. The bearing temperature rise shall not exceed the ambient temperature by 35 ℃, and the high temperature shall not exceed 75 ℃.

2、 Motor bearing temperature regulation, causes of abnormality and treatment

According to the regulations, the high temperature of rolling bearing shall not exceed 95 ℃, and the high temperature of sliding INA Bearing shall not exceed 80 ℃. And the temperature rise shall not exceed 55 ℃ (the temperature rise is the bearing temperature minus the ambient temperature during the test); causes and treatment of excessive bearing temperature rise:

(1) Cause: the shaft is bent and the center line is inaccurate. handle; Find the center again.

(2) Cause: the foundation screw is loose. Treatment: tighten the foundation screws.

(3) Cause: the lubricating oil is not clean. Treatment: replace the lubricating oil.

(4) Cause: the lubricating oil has been used for too long and has not been replaced. Treatment: clean the bearing and replace the lubricating oil.

(5) Cause: the ball or roller in the bearing is damaged. Treatment: replace the bearing with a new one. According to national standards, class F insulation is assessed as class B, The motor temperature rise is controlled at 80K (resistance method) and 90K (element method). Considering that the ambient temperature is 40 ℃, the high temperature of the motor shall not exceed 120 / 130 ℃. The bearing temperature is allowed to be 95 ℃. The temperature of the outdoor surface of the bearing is measured with an infrared detection gun. Empirically, the high temperature of the 4-pole motor shall not exceed 70 ℃. For the motor itself, there is no need to monitor. After the motor is manufactured, its temperature rise is basically fixed No sudden change or continuous growth will occur with the operation of the motor. Fag bearings are vulnerable parts and need to be tested.
