When designing a new spindle, before selecting INA Bearing, first consider the spindle performance parameters, roughly determine the key performance, and then enter into further exploration. (including: spindle speed, spindle accuracy, spindle rigidity, spindle life, spindle heating, spindle reliability). After determining the spindle parameters, probe the actual size of the spindle (shaft diameter, length, bearing span). The structure is determined according to the setting of spindle parameters such as bearing form (ball or cylindrical roller bearing), arrangement (arrangement number), driving mode (transmission belt, gear, motor and built-in motor), lubrication (grease, oil gas, oil mist and spray).

 

1. Bearing radial load

INA Bearing mainly bearing radial load is radial bearing. The nominal contact angle of this kind of bearing A0 < = 450. Roller bearings with the same ruler and rain can bear more radial load than ball bearings. N-type and nu type cylindrical roller bearings can only bear radial load, and other types of radial bearings can bear both radial load and axial load.

2. Axial load of bearing

The bearing mainly bearing axial load is generally thrust bearing, and its nominal contact angle A0 > 450. Thrust bearing and thrust angular contact ball bearing can bear axial force in one or two directions at the same time according to different structures. Thrust self-aligning roller bearing and one-way thrust angular contact ball bearing can bear axial load and radial load at the same time, while other thrust bearings can only bear axial load.

3. Length compensation of bearing itself

Supporting a shaft and bearing usually adopts the structure of combination of fixed bearing and floating bearing. The traveling INA Bearing compensates for the length error and thermal expansion of the shaft. Nu and N cylindrical roller bearings are ideal floating bearings, which can compensate for their length. The inner and outer rings of the bearing can be tightly matched.

 

4. Length compensation of sliding fit

Non separable bearing can also be used as traveling bearing. One of the two rings of this kind of bearing is matched and has no axial fixing surface. Therefore, one ring of the bearing can move on its bearing surface. After determining the size and type of precision bearing, the specific design of bearing shall be considered. Fully consider the factors such as bearing fatigue life, rigidity and heating, and select appropriate bearing clearance (preload).

Due to bearing clearance and preload, the performance of ina bearing is the key. The more high-speed operation, the more critical, so it must be considered carefully. In case of improper selection, problems such as early damage or sintering will occur. It is necessary to reconsider from step 4 to step 3, or from step 4 to step 2. After determining the structural design of the spindle, the necessary conditions for actual installation shall be considered. Confirm the accuracy, tolerance fit, tightening force of the set nut required for installation and fixation, INA Bearing Preload and internal clearance after actual installation.
