How To Select INA Bearing Type

 

When selecting ina bearing type, the following five factors should be considered:

1) Direction, size and nature of load: radial load is mainly borne by radial bearing and axial load is mainly borne by thrust bearing. When ina bearing bears both radial and axial loads, angular contact ball bearing and tapered roller bearing can be selected. When the axial load is small, deep groove ball bearings can also be selected. Generally, the bearing capacity of roller ina bearing is higher than that of ball INA Bearing, and it has strong ability to bear impact load.

2) Speed:

The working speed of INA Bearing shall generally be lower than the limit speed n. the limit speed of deep groove ball bearing, angular contact ball bearing and cylindrical roller bearing is higher, which is suitable for high-speed operation, while the limit speed of thrust bearing is lower.

3) Self aligning performance: when the coaxiality of the two ina bearing seat holes cannot be guaranteed or the shaft deflection is large, the self-aligning ball bearing or self-aligning roller bearing shall be considered.

4) Stiffness requirements: generally, the stiffness of roller ina bearing is greater than that of ball INA Bearing, while the preloading method of angular contact ball bearing and tapered roller bearing can further improve the stiffness of support.

5) Support limit requirements: the fixed support limits the axial displacement in two directions. Ina bearing that can bear two-way axial load can be selected. Ina bearing that can bear one-way axial load can be selected for one-way limit. The floating support is not limited. Cylindrical roller bearing with separable inner and outer rings can be selected.
