Fixing method of INA Bearing
Ina bearing is a fixed part in machinery. The working Fixing Method performance of rolling INA Bearing largely depends on its material properties.

1. The shoulder of ina bearing is fixed

2. Retainer ring fixation of INA Bearing
Ina bearing inner ring is axially Fixing Method fixed by shaft shoulder and lock nut, which can bear small two-way axial load.
3. Locking nut fixing of INA Bearing
Ina bearing inner ring is axially fixed by shaft shoulder and lock Fixing Method nut, and has locking washer to prevent looseness, which is reliable.
4. The end face of ina bearing is fixed with thrust washer
Ina bearing inner ring is axially fixed by shaft shoulder and shaft end retaining ring. The retaining Fixing Method ring at the shaft end shall be fixed at the shaft end with screws, and the fixing screws shall be equipped with anti loosening devices.
5. Fixing of the set sleeve of INA Bearing
The axial fixation of ina bearing inner ring is realized by compressing the radial dimension of the inner hole of the tightening sleeve and clamping it on the shaft.
The lubrication purpose of ina bearing is to reduce the internal friction and wear of INA Bearing. Its lubrication effect is as follows.
1. Reduce friction and wear.
In the contact part of the ring, rolling element and retainer constituting INA Bearing, metal contact is prevented and friction and wear are reduced.
2. Prolong fatigue life.
The rolling fatigue life of ina bearing is prolonged when the rolling contact surface is well lubricated during rotation. On the contrary, if the oil viscosity is low and the lubricating oil film thickness is not good, it will be shortened.
3. Discharge friction heat and cooling
Circulating oil supply method can use oil to discharge the heat generated by friction or the heat transmitted from the outside for cooling. Prevent overheating of INA Bearing and aging of lubricating oil.
It also has the effect of preventing foreign matters from invading into the INA Bearing, or preventing rust and corrosion.
The lubrication methods of ina bearings are divided into grease lubrication and oil lubrication. In order to make ina bearing function well, first of all, choose the lubrication method suitable for use conditions and purposes.
If only lubrication is considered, the lubricity of oil lubrication is dominant. However, grease lubrication has the advantage of simplifying the structure around ina bearings.
